Really good service, modern design
modern design spacious suite convenient check-out
The hotel is undeniably modern with clear Japanese inspiration. The fitout felt new and fresh. Suites are so spacious! I took advantage of the late check-out which was convenient since I had a late flight. The foyer also features a lovely bar with food.
The reception staff didn't offer our group water upon check in. i noticed all other guests were offered water or freshening towels on arrival. a better service would have been to offer a complimentary drink or atleast provide a proper apology.

The location is good for getting to or from the city. there are fewer attractions directly nearby. It's important to consider the proximity to transport links for easy access to other parts of the city.

The staff seemed lovely and cute. Always happy to help with requests! Some staff were great too ensure a safe and satisfactory experience, planning trips and restaurant bookings as needed.

excellent stay!
spa massages best amaretto sour corner suite
The spa massages were great. I felt very relaxed. the bartender made the best amaretto sour i have ever had. the corner suite was very nice, it was a fantastic experience.
The parking was very difficult to find. It was a bit of a disaster. navigating the elevators was not easy, and access to the garage was confusing. i sometimes found myself going through employee only corridors.

This location is very convenient. It is near the train station. it makes moving around the city easier. being close to transportation hubs definitely enhanced my experience.

restocking inconsistency obstructed view
the room was spacious enough. the bed was fine, though nothing special.
The mini-bar restocking was inconsistent. items i didn't consume were still charged. resolving it took time and several calls. The promised follow-up never happened. also, the promised city view from my premium room was only partial.

my beautiful room was beautiful and very comfortable. the staff was so friendly and helpful too. i found it really nice to have a great restaurant right on site.
I noticed there was no body lotion provided. the pool was very small and the number of loungers available was limited. i also discovered a deposit of 300 euros was required. I wasn't informed about it before arrival.
